Gallery Concierge

Join Our Team If you're looking to take customer service to the next level, then we want you to join our team! Responsibilities Welcome and engage residents living in our Gallery Apartments as well as their families and guests. Respond to all special requests for Gallery residents such as light shopping, running personal errands, retrieving mail, and securing reservations and/or event tickets. Arrange and serve a continental breakfast, light snacks, and beverages to Gallery residents and their guests. Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community. Coordinate with all departments to confirm the care, maintenance, housekeeping and dining needs of the residents are met in a timely and efficient manner. Salary Range USD $19.50 - USD $22.50 /Hr. Compensation Disclosure The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges. Qualifications You have experience as a Concierge with a focus on excellent customer service. You're resourceful and creative when solving problems quickly and effectively.
