Work from Home: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

About the Role Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) – Work from Home. Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, accurately document call details, communicate empathetically and diplomatically, and meet team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily. Responsibilities Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner. Research and resolve inquiries regarding member services, claims, and other healthcare‑related matters. Document all interactions accurately in the company’s systems. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. Meet or exceed daily targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center environment (prior healthcare experience preferred). Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. Reliable, high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps upload, 25Mbps download). Secure, private home work area. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong customer focus. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends. Benefits Competitive base pay: $11.00–$14.00 per hour; $15.00 per hour for bilingual representatives. Performance‑based incentives and daily pay. Paid training in a virtual, cutting‑edge environment.
