Company Description Southwest Labs is a full-service independent clinical reference laboratory based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving healthcare providers in the Albuquerque–Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on‑site role based in the Albuquerque–Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and other clients, presenting Southwest Labs’ diagnostic services and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales calls and in‑person meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, address client questions, and provide training or product overviews as needed. This role also involves meeting sales targets, tracking activity in a CRM or similar system, and participating in local industry events or outreach activities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain services clearly, and respond to inquiries professionally. Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred. Ability to deliver Training and support basic Sales Management activities, such as managing pipelines and prioritizing accounts. Familiarity with healthcare or clinical laboratory services, and the ability to learn technical information and convey it accurately. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to maintain records, prepare reports, and manage client information. Proven ability to work independently on‑site, manage time effectively, and consistently meet performance goals. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local client visits. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
