Over half of the BCBAs in the history of Snowflakes started as our technicians. Our Clinical Director provides personal supervision to each BCBA to improve their development as clinicians. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, coachable, and clinically skilled to join our team. Pay: $25 to $33 per hour, commensurate with experience Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid training Healthcare available for 25 hours a week and up (effective July 1, 2025) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift After school Evening shift Monday to Friday No weekends Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In client homes Job Description The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing direct behavioral interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position involves working one-on-one with clients to implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA. The RBT helps clients acquire new skills and reduce problem behaviors while collecting data to monitor progress. Responsibilities Implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA to address specific client needs. Direct Client Interaction: Work one-on-one with clients in-home to deliver therapeutic interventions. Data Collection: Accurately record data on client progress and behaviors during each session on company-provided tablets. Maintain detailed session notes and logs. Skill Acquisition: Assist clients in acquiring new skills, such as communication, social, and daily living skills, through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. Communication: Maintain effective communication with the supervising BCBA and other team members. Provide regular updates on client progress. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA. Compliance: Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Work Environment This position may require travel to different locations within the community. Flexible working hours, which may include evenings and weekends, based on client needs. Reporting Structure Reports directly to the supervising BCBA or Lead Registered Behavior Technician. Required Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma Be caring, coachable, and clinically knowledgeable Car & Drivers License Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in physical activities with clients, including but not limited to, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and physical play Willingness to work in various environments, including client homes, schools, and clinics. Preferred ABA early intervention experience. BCBA-pursuant student, not required but a plus Experience in serving in-home clients. Good case management skills and cadence.
