We are seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Assistant to join our dynamic team!Why You'll Love Working With Us:Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with hours varying between 7:40 am – 5:00 pm (not to exceed 40 hours per week), with no nights or weekends!Competitive Compensation: Starting wage is $19.77 per hour or DOE, with full benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plan, 18 days of paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and more!Continuing education opportunities and ophthalmic certification advancement available (Certified Ophthalmic Assistant-COA).Career Advancement: We offer excellent opportunities for professional growth. Many of our team members have advanced to other roles within Rocky Mountain, and we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.What You'll Do: As an Ophthalmic Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our Clinic. Your responsibilities will include:Gathering patient history, and medications.Returning patient phone calls.Performing specialized eye tests to help assist the Doctor's medical examination.All on-the-job training provided, so no prior experience is necessary!
