Registered Nurse – Home Health

Schedule: 8 hours

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 14 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
• 2+ years Home health experience
• Homecare Homebase Software experience
• OASIS experience
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Current driver's license
• Reliable transportation and insurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer skilled nursing care to clients of all ages in their place of residence.
• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs in both stable and emergent situations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and home safety practices.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to support staff to ensure quality service.
• Monitor and reassess patients' pain management needs and provide appropriate interventions.
