Goldstone Architecture is a small, growing full-service architectural firm in Bennington Vermont. We serve a regional market in Vermont as well as nearby New York and Massachusetts. Our work encompasses all market sectors and building types. Our projects range from single family home additions to commercial and mixed‑use buildings. Multi‑family Housing comprises the largest portion of our work. We are passionate about delivering high‑quality, sustainable buildings to our customers and in finding efficient, affordable solutions to their building needs. We are actively seeking a full‑time associate to become a member of our architectural team. Responsibilities Hand sketching, Computer Modeling and Drafting utilizing Revit, AutoCAD Architecture and other computer based modeling and rendering software Architectural Design – Concept through Construction Documents Assisting with document preparation for marketing and project development Managing architectural projects including client communication Coordinating with engineering and other sub‑consultants Assisting with preparation of project specifications Assisting with Construction Administration Assisting with occasional clerical and office management duties as needed Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, building technology, or related field Minimum of 3 years of professional experience Computer modeling and rendering Qualifications Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, building technology, or related field Minimum of 3 years of professional experience Computer modeling and rendering Benefits Health Insurance/Health savings account Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan (SIMPLE IRA) Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Life Insurance Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
