• Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physicians.

Following an orientation period and under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide effective nursing care while striving for positive clinical outcomes and ensuring satisfaction for patients, residents, and their families.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited vocational nursing program and hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing or be in the process of obtaining licensure as a practical nurse. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
