Responsibilities Local candidates only; role requires visiting client sites in the region. The Operations Manager will train, develop, and motivate supervisory staff to oversee day-to-day operations of site security personnel. Supervise other line managers including Site Managers and Site Supervisors. Oversee the onboarding process including interviewing, selection, training, licensure, and new hire paperwork. Train subordinate supervisors on software systems, procedural guidelines, and company policies, and enforce policy consistency. Coordinate operational functions including payroll and billing, accounts receivable aging, staffing, scheduling, and personnel issues. Carry out site assist visits and audits per the Quality Assurance program. Coordinate with the Regional Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations to establish regional goals and communicate with branch staff. Work with sales and marketing to identify and develop new business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. 5+ years of related management and leadership in the security industry, law enforcement, or military. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work independently with strong portfolio management skills. Computer proficiency with MS Office products. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to travel and regularly visit all site locations in the surrounding area. Flexibility to be on call as needed during all shifts. May perform other duties as assigned by management and in coordination with the Regional Manager.
