Patent Prosecution Paralegal

A well-established, high-performing law firm is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support a busy Intellectual Property practice. The firm has a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and long-term employee retention. This is a confidential search. You will assist attorneys with the full patent prosecution lifecycle, including filing, docket management, reporting, IDS preparation, research, and direct client communication. Key Responsibilities Prepare, proofread, and edit patent prosecution documents Finalize and electronically file USPTO submissions Manage client communication and portfolio updates Prepare IDS and OA-related materials Monitor dockets and coordinate with docketing teams Conduct legal research related to prosecution Manage both paper and electronic files What They Offer Hybrid or fully remote options for candidates located in Texas Minimal overtime No formal billable hour requirement Year-end discretionary performance bonus Highly communicative, supportive team culture Long-term stability and career growth Ideal Candidates Patent Prosecution Paralegal with strong tenure OR Experienced law firm paralegal with excellent stability wanting to transition into IP Strong communicator with high attention to detail Values culture, teamwork, and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
