Travel X-Ray Technologist – Ambulatory Surgery (Days) Location: New York (Sawgrass & Marketplace – Miracle Mile) Pay: $2,400 – $2,700 per week Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend) Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day shifts Hours between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM 40 hours per week No call, no holidays Position Overview We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to support an ambulatory surgery setting. This role includes working in both outpatient and procedural environments, including OR support and portable imaging. Responsibilities Verify patient identity and review physician orders prior to procedures Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging of bones, tissues, and organs Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and cooperation Position patients appropriately, including those with limited mobility Operate radiologic equipment safely while minimizing radiation exposure Monitor patient condition and adapt care based on patient needs Produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation Maintain accurate documentation and ensure images are properly sent to PACS Report equipment issues or malfunctions Requirements Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification (required) Active New York State license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Minimum 2 years of X-Ray Technologist experience Comfortable working in the OR and with portable imaging Experience using C-arm and/or O-arm within the past 8 months Strong communication and teamwork skills #J-18808-Ljbffr TEEMA Solutions Group
