Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

FULL-TIME POSITION

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Position Summary

Provide skilled SLP-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program- open to CFY Opportunities!
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred
