Quick Facts Location: Summerville, SC (295 Midland Parkway) Start Date: 08/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Multiple dates (see below) Shift: 24-hour shifts with call from home/hotel Hours/Week: Based on schedule Employment Type: Per Diem License/Certifications: Board Certified in Neonatology required Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $3,120.00 per shift (flat rate for 24-hour coverage) Benefits Include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Additional Perks: 24/7 dedicated team support, licensure assistance, and reimbursement for travel when applicable What You’ll Do Provide expert care in a Level III NICU for neonatal patients Conduct 24-hour rounding and manage acute neonatal conditions Participate in family-centered care and multidisciplinary team collaboration Support OB staff with neonatal stabilization and emergency care Cover scheduled dates, including 8/29-9/4, 9/12-9/18, and 10/10-10/16 Maintain high standards of safety and patient outcomes What You Need Active medical license in South Carolina Board Certified/Eligible in Neonatology Experience with Level III NICU preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Summerville, SC, providing care in a Level III NICU with an average daily census of 14.
