Senior M&A Associate — VC & Startups

Job Description Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, invites a mid‑senior level Associate to join its Corporate Practice in the San Diego office. Job Requirements 4–6 years of experience in corporate transactions, emphasizing public and private M&A, including startups and venture capital deals. Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions, with proficiency in drafting. Excellent interpersonal skills, high maturity, and proven willingness to accept significant responsibility while managing a demanding workload in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Admission to the California Bar. Expected Pay Range $310,000 to $390,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and additional benefits.
