Job Category Retail Position Summary The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a sales‑focused role that delivers exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The primary responsibility is to meet and exceed customer needs by promoting our products and services, building strong relationships, and coordinating service appointments. The role includes accurate transaction handling and contributes to the growth and success of the team. Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.90 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements. Responsibilities Operate as a motivated sales individual. Build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services. Respond energetically to every customer, on the phone and in the store. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Desire to succeed in a retail environment. At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience. Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints. Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
