Spa Concierge

Chatham Bars Inn, a Forbes Five‑Star resort located along the shores of Chatham, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in Touring guests through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities Completing the guest check‑out transaction once their treatment is complete The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, a willingness to learn, and the ability to multi‑task. They will play a key role in ensuring each guest’s day at the Spa is enjoyable and serene. Qualifications CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Engaging and welcoming personality Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Excellent communication skills Physical ability to bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
