Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Payroll Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling payroll inquiries, researching and resolving issues, documenting customer interactions, and delivering professional, empathetic service.

 

Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling payroll-related inquiries over the phone.
• Research and resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Candidates should have call center or phone-based customer service experience and payroll knowledge.
• Ideal candidates have recently worked as Payroll Clerk, Payroll Coordinator, Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, Timekeeper, Payroll Manager, or in a similar payroll-related role.

 

Skills Required

• Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
• Payroll experience or knowledge required.
• Strong de-escalation, documentation, research, and organizational skills.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or General Education (GED).

 

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

 

  Pay Rate

• $26-$31 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
