Eatzi's is seeking a talented pastry chef to lead our high-volume production kitchen, directing pastry operations for market demand. You will oversee production of cookies, breads, cakes and desserts from scratch, hire and coach pastry team members, and set daily schedules. The role requires strong leadership, recipe development, cost awareness, sanitation and safety compliance.
