A thriving, physician-owned urology practice in West, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join as a full-time partner-track physician. Competitive guaranteed salary (aligned with MGMA)

$1.2M+ potential by years 2–3

$50K signing bonus

Requirements:

MD or DO from accredited institution

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology (ABU or AOBU)
