Help Desk Specialist

We are currently looking to hire a Help Desk Specialist to support our very mission-focused customer. In this role you will provide Tier 1 support to end users by utilizing various technical directories and virtual applications. Requirements:
The salary range for this position: $55,000 - $65,000

- Experience troubleshooting general IT related issues
- Good communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN terminologies
- Familiarity with basic hardware terminologies
- Ability to respond to mission critical needs on an on-call basis (10%)
- High School diploma or GED
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Familiarity with COTS and GOTS applications
- Experience providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 Help Desk support
- Experience troubleshooting through technical directories and virtual resources
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
The salary range for this position: $55,000 - $65,000
