International Tax Manager (Hybrid) - Indianapolis, IN We are a mid‑sized national firm with well over 100 employees and locations across all time zones. Our public accounting firm is seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented International Tax Manager for a hybrid role. The position involves managing and optimizing our international tax strategies and ensuring compliance with international tax laws. The role requires a deep understanding of international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and indirect tax. It also demands proficiency in structuring the tax aspects of multinational mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive counsel on complex issues such as IP migration, GILTI/SubpartF, treaty applicability, and sophisticated structuring. Salary $90,000 - $200,000 per year Why join us? Implement tax planning strategies for multinational mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs. Provide expert advice on complex issues, including IP migration, GILTI/SubpartF, treaty applicability, and sophisticated structuring. Ensure accurate and timely filing of international tax forms, including Forms5471,5472,8865,8858,965, and8975. Manage and monitor transfer pricing policies and procedures. Advise on indirect tax matters, including VAT, sales tax, and other relevant taxes. Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and authorities in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance and resolve tax queries. Qualifications A CPA and/or JD degree. Minimum of three years of experience in international tax, with a strong understanding of international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and indirect tax. Proven experience structuring the tax aspects of multinational mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs. Extensive knowledge of international tax forms, including Forms5471,5472,8865,8858,965, and8975. The ability to provide counsel on complex issues such as IP migration, GILTI/SubpartF, treaty applicability, and sophisticated structuring. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
