Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated TikTok Live Operations Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our TikTok LIVE business. This role is responsible for creator onboarding, live-stream strategy, performance optimization, operational execution, and creator growth. You'll work directly with creators, cross-functional teams, and platform partners to improve livestream performance, increase creator revenue, and scale operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Creator Operations Onboard, train, and incubate new TikTok LIVE creators. Develop creator growth strategies to improve audience engagement, retention, and monetization. Monitor creator performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Coach creators on livestream best practices, content optimization, and audience development. Live Operations Coordinate daily livestream schedules. Monitor live performance metrics and resolve operational issues. Ensure smooth execution of livestream events, campaigns. Maintain operational SOPs and continuously improve internal workflows. Performance & Analytics Track KPIs including viewer retention, engagement, revenue, and livestream performance. Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports. Analyze creator data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and operational improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with creator managers, marketing, production, and business development teams. Assist with large-scale creator events and livestream campaigns. Contribute ideas to improve creator experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Operations, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Operations, Creator Management, Live Streaming, Digital Media, Social Media, or a related field. Experience working with creators, influencers, or KOLs is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the creator economy and livestream ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree is a plus. Experience with TikTok LIVE, livestream operations, or creator network management. Background in entertainment, digital media, MCN, talent management, or creator partnerships. Experience managing creator programs or operational projects at scale. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with excellent execution and attention to detail. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Familiarity with TikTok LIVE or other livestream platforms is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools. Preferred Bonus Skills Experience using TikTok Live Studio, OBS, or other livestream production tools. Experience with influencer marketing, MCNs, or talent agencies.
