Quick Facts Location: Belle Chasse, LA Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: 09/30/2027 Shift: Days, Monday Friday, 8.5 or 9 hours (including lunch) Hours/Week: 40-45 Employment Type: 1099 Licenses/Certifications: Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license; BLS certification Experience: Minimum 1 year as a licensed Clinical Psychologist Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $100/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You ll Do Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, testing, and collateral sources Establish psychiatric diagnoses following APA guidelines and DSM criteria Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients Assist medical and surgical patients in managing illnesses or injuries from a mental health perspective Perform targeted assessments, including diagnostic impressions and functional evaluations Practice within state licensing board guidelines, APA ethical principles, and privileges Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient mental health needs What You Need Required: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program Successful completion of APA-accredited internship/residency Active, unrestricted license in any state BLS Healthcare Provider certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed Clinical Psychologist Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance Preferred: Experience in military or healthcare settings Strong assessment and diagnostic skills About the Assignment Join a respected military healthcare facility in Belle Chasse, LA, providing essential psychological services for active-duty personnel and their families.
