Job Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health to provide bedside care at patients' homes in East Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. Position details: Ongoing assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, staff employment. Responsibilities Deliver safe, accurate, patient‑centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications Active RN license in the state in which you work. At least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day). Strong time management, tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices), and commitment to timely charting.
