SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead a team of engineers while managing land development & municipal projects from planning through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering staff
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Review plans, reports, and calculations for quality
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
• Support proposals and project planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of land development experience
• TX PE preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
