Structural Drafter

We're a small team. We move fast, communicate clearly, and take ownership of our work — and we expect the same from everyone who joins us. You'll be working on residential wood-frame projects: houses, shops, decks, and more. This role has significant growth potential over the next year for the right person. This starts as a part-time role and moves to full-time within 4–6 weeks. Remote work is available once you're up to speed. What we're looking for: Proficiency in AutoCAD LT A working understanding of wood-frame residential construction — you know how a house goes together A sharp eye for your own work — you catch mistakes before anyone else does A commitment to accuracy and quality, not just completion A positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow in the role A team-player mindset — you communicate, you show up, you contribute Ability to perform preliminary calc's If you have used LAVA Software that would be great but is not a requirement.
