CNC Field Service Technician

CNC Field Service Technician - Louisville, KY Keep manufacturers running. Be the one they call when it counts. You’re the tech who walks into a down machine situation and walks out with a customer for life. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on modern CNC machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines for manufacturers across high-demand industries. You’ll be hands-on with advanced CNC equipment and trusted to get complex machines back online under pressure and tight deadlines. What You'll Work On You’ll be the go-to expert for CNC machine service, troubleshooting, and repair across: Modern CNC machining centers CNC turning centers CNC grinding machines Hydraulic systems Pneumatic systems Electrical systems Mechanical systems Machine tool integration and robotic systems (where applicable) You’ll be working with modern CNC manufacturing machinery and related integrated systems. When a critical machine goes down, you’re the difference between lost time and full production. What You'll Be Doing Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on CNC machinery Diagnosing issues on machining centers, turning centers, and grinding machines Reading and interpreting part diagrams and schematics to pinpoint root causes Supporting machine tool integration projects and robotic systems where needed Prioritizing multiple service calls and managing your workload under strict deadlines Documenting service work clearly and professionally Communicating effectively with customers on issues, solutions, and next steps Representing our client in the field with a strong work ethic and high-quality service What We're Looking For Strong service background working on CNC or complex industrial machinery Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Ability to read and work from part diagrams and schematics Experience with machine tool integration and robotic systems is highly desirable Proven organization and prioritization skills in a field service environment Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and a solid work ethic Clear verbal and written communication skills with customers and teammates Why This Opportunity?
