• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept. Trauma level 3
\n
• Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC (90 days) for 3 months with the option to extend. 4x10's, possibly 5x10's each week between Monday-Friday. No nights, no weekend, and no call required for this position
\n
• Case Mix: General, ortho, neuro (head/spine), and OB. No hearts and no peds listed as required
\n
• Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
\n
• Certifications: NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
\n
• Active OH License
\n
• Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
