Rekindle Coffee in Orange, California is hiring energetic, customer-focused Baristas & Food Service Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced café environment. We’re looking for quick learners with strong multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to move efficiently between beverage service, food preparation, and customer interactions.

As a Barista at Rekindle Coffee, you’ll help create a welcoming customer experience while supporting both the coffee bar and food line during busy service periods.

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency
• Assist with food preparation and assembly on the café food line
• Prepare bagels, sandwiches, toasts, salads, and other menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain speed, organization, and attention to detail during high-volume rushes
• Operate POS systems and process customer transactions accurately
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and grab-and-go items throughout shifts
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards in all café areas
• Support opening, closing, prep, and cleaning duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly

We’re seeking dependable, motivated individuals who work well under pressure and enjoy being part of a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced café setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and retain information efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on both the coffee bar and food line
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, food service, or customer service role is a plus, but not required
