Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you’ll help build quality industrial products that protect people and property while working in a stable, growing operation. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:

• Assemble product components using mechanical fasteners
• Use hand tools and power tools to build products
• Package and crate finished products using proper materials and carpentry methods
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties
• Complete orders accurately and on time according to work instructions and shipping lists
• Support safe handling and preparation of products for shipment

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to use measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
• Basic carpentry skills and mechanical knowledge preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or shipping documents
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift
• Experience operating tools such as table saws, miter saws, or forklifts is a plus
• Entry-level candidates welcome
