Senior Medical Science Liaison - Rheumatology - Northeast

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison - Rheumatology - Northeast to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This field-based role will focus on scientific exchange with key external healthcare stakeholders and support medical strategy within rheumatology. The position will translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, compliant insights while building trusted relationships that inform broader medical priorities. It will also help enable collaborative research and represent the organization at scientific meetings and conferences. Location: Remote Compensation: $151,100 – $237,490 annually Responsibilities Engage with KOLs and HCPs, dedicating at least 80% of time to external activities Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and HCPs aligned to medical strategy Analyze and interpret complex scientific information for KOLs and HCPs in a compliant manner Support sponsored research and facilitate collaborative studies Collect and communicate medical insights from KOLs and HCPs to refine strategies Identify partnership opportunities between KOLs and HCPs and the US Medical team Participate in medical conferences and communicate insights from interactions Qualifications Doctoral degree in life or health sciences preferred; Master's degree in health sciences minimum requirement Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field-based medical science liaison (MSL) in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and collaboration skills Experience disseminating complex scientific data to healthcare audiences Benefits Comprehensive health insurance options Retirement savings plan with company match Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Professional development and training opportunities Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
