What You’ll Do Operate molding equipment safely and efficiently Monitor machines and production processes Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Trim, package, and label products Follow established safety and production procedures Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized Help maintain a steady flow of production in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred — but not required! Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
