HR Generalist: Policy, Compliance & Benefits Specialist

General knowledge of Human Resource policies and process in a large organization. Ability to analyze and determine the applicability of data, to draw conclusions and to make appropriate recommendations. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a unionized environment. Knowledge of the laws, rules, and regulations governing the state personnel system. Knowledge of compensation/salary setting rules and regulations within HR guidelines. General knowledge of state and federal benefit and leave policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ateeca
