Analytics Consultant

As an Analytics Consultant, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that enable effective data generation, processing, and analytics across the organization.

The work includes:

• Design, build, and optimize modern data pipelines to support complex data workflows and analytics
• Implement and manage extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes across multiple systems and platforms
• Ensure high data quality, integrity, and availability across solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert in Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business needs
• Support team decision-making and contribute to key projects and architectural decisions
• Mentor and guide team members by sharing expertise and best practices
• Troubleshoot data issues and implement long-term improvements to data reliability and performance
• Drive continuous improvement of data architecture, tools, and engineering processes

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Here's what you'll need:

• Expert proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI)
• Strong experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Hands-on experience with Databricks platform
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot for Power BI or similar BI tools
• Solid understanding of data quality, data modeling, and data architecture principles
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams in complex environments
• Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively
• Proven experience in mentoring or guiding team members

Bonus points if you have:

• Advanced knowledge of the Retail industry
• Experience working in large-scale, enterprise-level data environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems
