Machining Quality Inspector
Denver, CO$24- $28+/hr
Flexible Schedule (day shift: 5 x 8s, 4 x 10s, 3 x 12s) If you have a passion for precision, quality, and manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you're beginning your career in quality inspection or you're an experienced CMM programmer looking for your next challenge, we have an opportunity for you. Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of machined aerospace components
- Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and pin gauges
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Verify product compliance with customer and engineering specifications
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
- Identify and report nonconforming materials or parts
- Assist with first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Maintain organized inspection records and quality documentation
- Follow AS9100 quality standards and company procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to read basic blueprints (preferred)
- Experience using measuring tools is a plus
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn
