Premium Automotive Concierge - Guest Advocate & Tech Guide

Join Citrin as a Lexus Product Concierge, serving guests with warmth as the bridge between the Lexus brand and customers. You will introduce latest in-vehicle tech, answer questions, resolve concerns, and turn frustrations into loyal advocacy.

You will work Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with a weekday off when you work Saturday. No prior sales experience required; training will cover features and customer service standards. This is a full-time on-site role with weekly pay and benefits.
