Now hiring HVAC Service Technician – Direct hire location: Bossier City, LA. Pay rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience). Schedule: Monday – Friday. These are the qualifications that matter:

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certification required
• Technical school certification or degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, or work in tight spaces for extended periods
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)
• Troubleshoot and repair components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostats
• Install and replace HVAC parts and equipment as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers about system issues, repair options, and maintenance advice
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain detailed records
• Ensure job site cleanliness and safe work practices at all times
• Maintain company vehicle in good working condition
