The Senior Manager, Campaign Orchestration (HCP & HCO) Epilepsy and Movement Disorders (EMD), enables scalable, coordinated omnichannel engagement by translating EMD strategies into orchestrated, personalized interactions for HCPs and healthcare organization (HCO) stakeholders across channels. This role reports to the Director of Campaign Orchestration and partners closely with brand strategy, medical, analytics, field engagement, and enterprise CX teams to translate cross-franchise priorities into coordinated, personalized omnichannel campaigns.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Apply understanding of EMD HCP and healthcare organization stakeholder needs, care settings, and roles to inform orchestration decisions.
Serve as the primary CXO liaison for the HCP and HCO EMD brand team, navigating campaigns end-to-end by coordinating across CXO teams from briefing, content creation, and reviews / approvals through activation across personal and nonpersonal channels.
Orchestrate coordinated, omnichannel campaigns that translate EMD franchise strategies into integrated engagement plans aligned to HCP and healthcare organization stakeholder journeys.
Apply next-best-action frameworks and orchestration logic to sequence and prioritize HCP and healthcare organization stakeholder touchpoints across channels using campaign and media analytics to maximize relevance.

Own delivery of HCP and healthcare organization stakeholder orchestration needs, translating strategic direction into sequenced cross-channel engagement.
Leverage global capabilities, standards, and tools to enable scalable and consistent campaign execution and reduce duplication.
Use performance and engagement insights to continuously refine sequencing, flag risks, and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness across EMD integrated campaigns.
Track and manage key performance indicators, proactively resolving issues and escalating risks to leadership as appropriate.
Interpret campaign metrics to inform optimization decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Provide structured feedback and participate in continuous improvement of enterprise CX and campaign orchestration standards based on learnings from EMD.

Collaboration
Maintain close alignment with EMD brand teams in a matrixed structure to develop deep understanding of brand context, evolving business needs and EMD strategy.
Partner closely with CXO teams to deliver coordinated omnichannel engagement journeys, including Content Factory, MLR Operations, Digital & Web Ops, Customer Operations, and Advanced Analytics & Optimization teams.
Partner closely with brand strategy, medical, analytics, field engagement, and HCO CX teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and enable seamless execution across the EMD franchise.
Share insights, risks, and lessons learned with CX peers and team leadership to support alignment and continuous improvement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Technical Skills
Expertise in omnichannel campaign orchestration across multiple customer types, with the ability to design and execute coordinated engagement plans for the EMD franchise.
Strong execution skills, including prioritization, sequencing, and issue resolution within defined scope.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, enterprise environment.
Experience leveraging enterprise CX platforms, data inputs, and global capability products to enable scalable, repeatable execution and reduce manual coordination.
Strong understanding of campaign and media analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable improvements across campaigns.

Required/Preferred Education and Licenses

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience in campaign orchestration, omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, or related capability within a pharmaceutical organization.




Preferred / Additional Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree) preferred.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
Experience working in rare disease or specialty brands, with strong understanding of unique stakeholder dynamics.




Working Requirements:
20-30% travel will be required.
