Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, by following established procedures.

Evaluate test results for accuracy, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure donor instruments function optimally through regular maintenance and calibration.

Assist in the collection of specimens and ensure optimal preparation of samples for testing purposes.

Diligently document all lab procedures, offer training to new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards in the laboratory.

Ensure a neat, safe work environment while strictly adhering to all regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, in addition to ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Board certification by ASCP or AMT in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within the first year of employment. Commit to maintaining current certifications throughout your tenure.
