Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Occupational Therapy license from the State of Arizona.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
• National Certification preferred.
• General of pediatric clinical experience preferred.
