Experienced Tax Professional responsible for accurate, client-focused tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. Key Duties Conduct in-depth client interviews to gather and validate financial information. Review and analyze tax documents to prepare complete and accurate federal and state returns. Prepare and e-file returns using professional tax software. Identify applicable credits, deductions, and tax-saving opportunities. Ensure IRS and state compliance and adherence to filing requirements. Explain complex tax concepts clearly to clients. Support clients with notices, audits, and related tax inquiries. Qualifications & Skills Strong tax knowledge and ability to interpret tax rules and regulations. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate filing. Strong client service and communication skills. Proficiency using tax preparation and e-filing tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
