Fish Window Cleaning of Fort Lauderdale is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial customer base throughout Broward County. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities, this could be a great fit. You'll represent an established national brand while working with a locally owned and operated business focused on growth. Our sales approach is friendly, professional, and relationship-driven no high-pressure tactics.

What You'll Do

• Visit local businesses, storefronts, restaurants, offices, and commercial properties to introduce our services.
• Identify prospective customers and decision-makers.
• Prepare accurate on-site estimates for window cleaning services.
• Follow up with prospects to convert estimates into new customers.
• Develop recurring commercial accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, leads, and follow-up activities.
• Work toward established sales and revenue goals.
• Identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers.

Compensation & Benefits

We reward initiative, consistency, and results. Performance-based compensation, including payment per qualified estimate and commission on new business sold. Flexible daytime schedule with opportunities for increased earnings based on results.

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
