Sr. Manager ServiceNow CMDB & ITAM Asset Governance

Organization's Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and ServiceNow governance initiatives. This role is responsible for defining strategy, establishing governance, improving data quality, implementing industry best practices, and driving continuous service improvement across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and enterprise technology domains eDefine and execute the enterprise CMDB roadmap

• Establish CMDB governance framework, policies, standards, and operating procedures
• Ensure CMDB supports Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, Security, and Compliance processes
• Drive CMDB maturity improvements aligned with industry best practices
• Lead Configuration Management governance meetings
• Define Service, Application, and Configuration Item (CI) standards
• Own CI lifecycle management from onboarding through retirement
