HR Intern

The Student Intern is responsible for gaining exposure to career opportunities within the oil and gas technology industry. This person discovers Schlumberger's role in the industry and the lifestyle associated with the job. Work in field jobs for a minimum of 14 days. Learn about the oil and gas industry. Follow prescribed internship guidelines for each week as closely as possible. Note: While the opportunity for technically-trained professionals is large, these jobs are unique in their scope and responsibility and require a special kind of individual to succeed. The internship will enable the candidate and Schlumberger determine if these requirements are met before committing to a full time job. HR INTERN – EMPLOYEE SUPPORT About the Role As an HR Intern – Employee Support at SLB, you will gain hands-on exposure to employee-facing HR operations within a global and fast-paced business environment. This internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about employee experience, HR service delivery, and workplace support. You will work closely with HR professionals to support employees and managers across key stages of the employee lifecycle while building foundational HR communication, coordination, and service management skills. What You Will Experience Direct interaction with employees and HR teams Exposure to employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery Practical experience supporting onboarding and employee support activities Mentorship from experienced HR professionals Structured weekly learning and development objectives Key Responsibilities Employee Support & HR Coordination Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries with professionalism and discretion Support HR Representatives and HR Managers with administrative coordination activities Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination processes Maintain HR documentation and employee records in accordance with confidentiality standards Employee Experience & Engagement Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Assist with HR communications, information sessions, and employee events Help maintain HR knowledge resources and employee support materials HR Operations & Service Delivery Support HR case management and inquiry tracking activities Assist with HR service workflows and documentation updates Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to employee experience What We Are Looking For Education & Skills Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field \ #J-18808-Ljbffr
