The Role

As a Home Care Aide with Renew Residential Services, you\'ll work one-on-one with older adults in their own homes — helping them live safely, comfortably, and joyfully where they belong. Every client is different, and that\'s what makes this work meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and personal care such as bathing, dressing, hygiene
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families
• Provide genuine companionship by taking part in activities they enjoy
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities

What We\'re Looking For

• A genuinely caring person who takes pride in showing up for others
• Reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver\'s license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior home care, hospice, or caregiving experience is a plus — but not required
