THE ROLE As a Student Analyst at BIG, youll contribute meaningfully to client care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward your BCBA certification. Youll work under experienced BCBAs in a structured mentorship environment that bridges theory and clinical practice — without sacrificing the quality of care our clients deserve. This is a full-time, hybrid position. Scheduling is designed to accommodate graduate academic commitments while meeting client needs across in-person and telehealth settings. AT A GLANCE Position Type : Full-Time, Non-Exempt Salaried Base Salary : $60,000–$70,000 / year (based on experience) Bonus : $2/hour for each billable hour above 100/month Earning Potential : $70,000+ annually with salary + bonus combined Schedule : 35-40 hours per week between 8:30am - 6:30pm M-F Settings : Home, school, community, and telehealth Location : Sacramento County, CA Reports To : Supervising BCBA / BCBA-D WHAT YOU’LL DO Carry an active caseload providing direct 1:1 intervention, caregiver training, and participation in social skills groups and self-monitoring programs. Earn supervised fieldwork hours under BCBA and/or BCBA-D supervision, with opportunities for unrestricted hours when aligned with your fieldwork plan. Conduct and support assessments including data collection, progress monitoring, and contributing to functional behavior assessments under supervisor direction. Develop treatment plan components and provide written clinical documentation in Central Reach and related systems. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization and maintenance of client goals across settings. Participate in scheduled supervision meetings case reviews, and team-based learning with fellow Student Analysts and BCBAs.
