Forklift Operator (3rd Shift)

Rochester, NY

$23.50/hr + Uncapped Overtime

12-Hour Shifts | 3rd Shift Schedule

We’re hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Rochester, NY. This is a high-paying 3rd shift opportunity with uncapped overtime , offering strong earning potential and consistent hours.

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment
• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy
• Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory
• Organize and store products in designated locations
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with general warehouse duties (labeling, wrapping, sorting, etc.)

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting
• Comfortable working 12-hour overnight shifts
• Experience with shipping/receiving and order picking
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Warehouse setting with active shipping, receiving, and storage operations. This role involves operating equipment, lifting, moving materials, and being on your feet throughout the shift. Safety and organization are a top priority.

This is a Permanent position based out of Avon, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
