Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Kredo Health is expanding our pediatric occupational therapy department and seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team serving Winter Garden, Windermere, and the greater Orlando area. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about early intervention, values collaboration, and wants to help shape a growing program that meets the increasing needs of families in our community.As an Occupational Therapist at Kredo Health, you will provide highquality, individualized therapy services in both clinical and natural environments, including homes and educational settings. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a team of ABA, Speech, Physical, and Early Education professionals to support each childs developmental goals. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thinks creatively, and thrives in a supportive, noncorporate environment where relationships and clinical excellence come first.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPromote and support patient health by delivering highquality occupational therapy services.Administer individualized treatment programs based on each childs needs and goals.Assess patient status through interviews, functional assessments, observations, and review of therapy histories.Complete thorough initial evaluations, reassessments, and ongoing clinical documentation.Document all patient care in the company EMR system accurately and in a timely manner.Provide ongoing supervision, guidance, and support to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following all procedures, regulations, and infectioncontrol protocols.Monitor treatment trends and ensure therapy services align with productivity and clinical objectives.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.Stay current in the field by participating in continuing education, professional development, and relevant professional organizations.Contribute to the growth and reputation of the occupational therapy department by taking ownership of new tasks and seeking opportunities to add value.Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support understanding and progress.Provide parent training and education as part of the treatment plan.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed to support collaborative care.Travel to client homes and educational settings when required to deliver services in natural environments.Experience & RequirementsMinimum 1 year of clinical experience (pediatric focus preferred)Valid Florida Occupational Therapy LicenseMust meet all state and federal background check requirementsMust successfully complete and maintain an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 435 and Chapter 408 (including fingerprinting)BenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysVacation TimeCEU Reimbursement401(k) with Employer Match
