While a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution is preferred, they highly regard advanced degrees or certifications such as an MBA, CPA, or CIA. Prior work experience in accounting and/or audit, particularly from a Big 4 Firm or similar public company, is highly desired.
