Job DescriptionSeeking a Java/Python/Gen AI Lead/Senior professional with strong full-stack development expertise and hands-on experience building Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have experience developing enterprise-grade applications, implementing AI-powered solutions, and designing agent-based workflows using modern AI frameworks.
The candidate will collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications and AI capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Software Engineering Experience-
5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.

5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.

Experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.

2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.

Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.

Review and analyze complex, multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangible or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.

Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.

Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.

Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.

Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.

Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.

Experience with cloud-native architectures.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
Note: Candidates should have strong full-stack engineering experience combined with hands-on Generative AI development and agent-based AI orchestration expertise.
